CNN is speculating that she was brought in to verify documents and such. That such things did exist, that such calendar events were scheduled and did occur. ---

I find it amusing. Graff testified that “teleprompter practice” was on the schedule at Trump Tower a few days prior to the inauguration. I’ve practiced with a teleprompter before. It’s not difficult; in fact, it’s easy enough to learn how to do in about five minutes. The fact that this reality show TV star needs teleprompter practice made me laugh. ---

What’s important was that she was there. He can’t claim he never met her. It also explains why the Prosecution made sure to have Pecker say that she wasn’t a major celebrity ---

gary farro said “the bank had strict clauses against working with adult entertainment, check cashing, gambling…” Farro also says that transactions involving political candidates also require more review. they would not close mortgages or home related loans. rc’s thinking, this is to show that cohen would be the one who would put the money up. a trump transaction would come up under review, and the transaction involved adult entertainment which would bring review and risk being denied. cohen did a heloc that would fall into that not denied/reviewed crack. the jury is attentive during the document exhibits. trump has his eyes closed. ---
