I think it is so interesting that, when donald was in New York playing Chief of the trump org, it was his signature alone required on any big checks, Then, when he was elected and moved to Washington, that changed. Now, one of his underlings could sign the big checks. Except, now they needed _two_ signatures, and the second one was Donald’s. Thereby completely defeating the point of changing the authority of who could sign a check. Even more incredibly, this required the trump org people to send by _overnight mail_, to the White House, the checks they needed signed. I mean, we all knew it was bullshit when donald claimed that he divested his interest in his company, but he was still signing the big checks! And treating the presidency as a second job, apparently. (What happens when the organization needs some check signed urgently, but he’s at some summit in Europe?) Not only does this show just how small the Trump org actually was, but it underscores just how controlling donald was over its activities. The narrative that donald controlled these records, and they were managed for his benefit, continues! (If we don’t get Weisselberg next (and we may not), I expect that we get his assistant to explain more about how he took direction from donald. It sure seems like we’ve passed Stormy and McDougal in the story, though. Maybe they don’t testify after all) ---

I doubt it. I do think it would be grounds for the judge to eliminate the “day off” and just have a regular court day. ---

FWIW, it appears the graduation ceremony is at 10am. As long as he’s in the air by, what, 3 or 4pm Florida time, I’d imagine he’d be able to make it to a dinner in Minnesota in time to do a speech and get back in the air. ---
