OK, so the charges are likely falsifying business records, which is a misdemeanor unless connected to another crime and most folks are thinking campaign finance, but with the state/federal there may be issues with that (no way that doesn’t appealed IMHO) 1. Any chance there are other crimes besides campaign finance that are being used to make this a felony? 2. Any chance it is all misdemeanors? Thanks, Brian ---
