Large numbers of people raised their hand and were dismissed. They only got into the specific questions, I think, after weeding out the obvious “no’s”. If a juror had a chance to point at Trump and speak to him, it would be after they had assured the court that they could be fair and impartial. It was at that point that the lawyers were nitpicking their histories. ---

On msnbc, it is reported that trump has yet gone against the “gag” order, and posted something from Fox News regarding the jurors in the manhattan trial. I’m not seeing it printed out at this time. The judge may be white hot going into court tomorrow. From the discussion on the last word, Mr Weismann believes this post is a direct violation. ---

Apparently Trump doesn’t believe any judge has the balls to lock up a presidential candidate. I’m not going to argue that Merchan should lock Trump up right now, but his Honor should give Trump a stern warning and disabuse him of the notion that he cannot be locked up. And then Merchan needs to follow through when Trump inevitably violates the gag order again. ---
