# Manitoba: party leadership result challenged in court; new premier sworn in

I did pick the story up on the Radio-Canada website, and I thought it was mildly interesting, especially since I used to live in Manitoba. But I hadn’t heard the newest updates, so thank you for letting us know.

Hearing today set the filing schedule; arguments to be heard on December 23.

And it’s been decided. Just before Christmas, the QB judge dismissed Glover’s application. Stated that there may have been some procedural irregularities, but nothing sufficent to overturn the election.
