Pittsburgh steak. The steak is dredged through seasoned oil, and then thrown into a white-hot cast iron skillet. Just ignore the flames, smoke, and the wailing of the smoke detector. The steak will be charred black on the outside and blood rare inside. Enjoy with a few Imp 'n Arns (Imperial whiskey and Iron City beer). Manly to the nth degree. ---
