23 years, 6 months on the first try, 21 years 11 months on the second 😃 Try buying the houses as soon as they go on the market, and selling them as soon as the price starts to drop. My strategy was to start with one cheap house, then several. When I could buy one mid leval one, I’d stop buying cheap ones. With a combo, though, I can see how this could be done in less than 18. ---

Woo whoo, 16 - 3 😃 That time, I kept buying as many as I could, even buying low cost houses when I had an expensive house paid for. Wouldn’t it be nice if flipping houses IRL was this easy?! ---

15 y 10 m! It seems that getting a shorter time is somewhat luck based. If you don’t get any of the cheap homes available quickly, it drags out a lot longer. I played one game that I had hit nearly the 2 year mark before a cheap house popped up, that game took 19 years.
