I don’t see why everyone is getting their panties in such a twist about **JOSH** ’s sign off. I think it’s even kind of cute in a wackadoodle way. I certainly wouldn’t want to see everyone doing the same sort of thing, though, so perhaps a slippery slope argument applies. But as it is, it seems to me more like a job for the “ignore” button than an issue that requires mod intervention. ---

Nope, not “Regards,” either. It was that little texty emoticon doodle of a dude with glasses that always makes me think it’s saying something but isn’t. Again, not panty twisted, but it did make me \*wonder \*how these three, and others, “get away with” signatures that aren’t Signatures. And my question was answered in post 2, so I’m good. Well, Biffs, I have been on boards where the Sigs routinely took up more space than the content. And, generally I find sigs to be annoying, even “regards”. I don’t want the SDMB to be “that place”. Mind you, I do have a sig “I am not a real doctor” which I add when there might be confusion. ---
