It is quite pretty! However, the first thing I ran through it was BRRGBB, which should come out BBB but instead came out BRBB. (It may very well pass the official tests, I suppose, but I didn’t run those on it.)

To expand:

The problem is in the right-hand NULL-checker for the second number. Instead of defaulting to red (0), it defaults to blue (1).

Yes there was a small error in my metatron, that I didn’t notice until later. In the lower right, I have the neutral output from by RB chooser being rerouted to the blue side when it should have gone to the red side. (I had flipped that chooser at some point and had changed all the necessary colours to make it work, but forgot about that neutral route). Here’s my current metatron (has a few other changes too):

Incidentally, I just got my judiciary working properly today. I had thought I was done, but I didn’t realize that the input could have an odd number of dots (which caused an infinite loop for me). It was an easy fix, though
