I’ve never seen anything to suggest that **The Tick** is wearing a costume. I think that’s realy his body, just like the T-1000 in _Terminator 2_ had his uniform as an integral part of his body. For that matter, I’ve never seen **Arthur** out of his costume, either. But he does explicitly say that he found it. ---

I have the issue wherein Tick discovers “I have pockets!” I also have an issue wherein Arthur wonders if the Tick is wearing a uniform or running around naked. In an episode of the cartoon, Arthur’s costume pants get stolen. In an episode of the short lived live action show, an evil psychiatrist steals the moth costume completely. ---
