I’m using MS Mappoint 2004 and would like to create some graphs and charts based on political jurisdiction. The only options in Mappoint are Country, State, County, Metro, Zip, and Census Tract. I’ve looked online for plugins that would help, but no luck. Anyone have any thoughts? If it helps, the regions I’m looking in are Cincinnati, Dayton and Northern Kentucky. Thanks, Jeff ---

I don’t know if you’ve looked at [ArcView](http://www.esri.com/software/arcgis/arcview/). Our village bought it a couple years ago. It may well be out of your price range, but it seems to do what you’re looking for. ---
