It predates Kasich, and has nothing to do with getting together with business leaders. ETA: It’s in the state constitution. It can’t be removed except by another vote. Kasich and the Republican legislature cannot remove it. ---

I got a commercial for a Christian movie “Miracles from Heaven” Looks likes it is aimed at churches since they had a special number to call for group reservations. ---
