The Round 2 thread will be posted shortly.

Define “upset.” “Lady Madonna” can hardly be considered in any way an inferior song to the pap that is “Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da.”

Further define “upset.” I have “Norwegian Wood” winning Bracket B, and depending how I feel that day, beating “Penny Lane” in Finals. But then I guess that’s why we play the games.

“Upset” here is, just like in any tournament, if a lower seed beats a higher seed. And of course, the seeding was done by me. In the OP, I alluded to the formula I used to determine seeds.

But really, the seed numbers and what I consider to be “upsets” are irrelevant. Like 5 time champ said, that’s why we play the games; the results are all that matters.

I think you’re missing a vote here – and/or I think this should have been an OT.

WHAT?!? The single best song the Beatles ever put out, and it gets knocked out in the 1st round? By a fricking coin flip?! Booooo!!!

Can we get the seeds listed next to the songs for the next round?

There was a mis-vote where someone voted for both, so i tossed both votes out.

:dubious:

I didn’t know that “Revolution” was “Tomorrow Never Knows” misspelled.
