The whole “parents need to take care of their children forever and ever” thing is particularly bizarre. Sure, it’s one thing to look out for grown children, offer aid when needed/possible, advise and otherwise help. They’re still your kids after all, even after they hit 20, 30, 50. But the problem is expecting to be _babied_ your entire life when you’re a grown ass adult. Hell, I moved out later than some. After I graduated with a bachelor of arts I went back to school another two and a half years for another degree. My folks were cool with me staying at home so long as I was both going to school and working. Soon after I graduated again, I moved out with room mates. Now I’m 31 and I’m fairly happy living alone. It’s one thing if you’re disabled, mentally or physically, so a severe enough degree. I get there. And I also get that the job market can suck and shit happens (I wound up back home for a summer after my room mates moved out and I couldn’t afford that apartment alone). But my goal was to always leave again, and to cause as little burden to my parents as possible. They’d help me in a heartbeat if I needed it, but I don’t expect them to baby me and take care of every little need for the rest of my life. That just reeks of entitlement, as does virtually every other post this fuckwad makes. ---

I’m not liberal, I’m a moderate, who is maybe right-leaning (I’m not sure of that anymore). But to be fair, you don’t piss me off any more than a pile of runny dogshit in a gutter might. You disgust me but I wouldn’t do more than make a comment of distaste, stay far away from you, then forget about you minutes later. ---
