However, if you are referring to the way drug threads often quickly descend into inappropriate conversation about where to get this and how to do that, then good one TLD. ---

I’m not personally offended by the OP either, but it could be construed as seeking advice on how to hide the presence of an illegal substance in a drug test, then I’d wager the Straight Dope would be unwilling to risk having it here. ---

Cannabis metabolites can remain in the body from 3 to 45 days, depending on the individual. Frequency of use, metabolism, body weight, and amount of exercise all determine the length of time Cannabis metabolites remain in the body’s fat tissue. 3 days for the occasional once a week or less, in-shape user. Up to 45 days for the “extremely” over weight daily user.
