Yes, we did. It turned out great. The trick, I guess is to really wrap the sh*t out of it - we must have used 12 layers of saran wrap.

My cake showed up at the wedding frozen. 
Actually, it was a Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream wedding cake, with Cherry Garcia and New York Super Fudge Chunk. Best wedding cake I ever had. We didn’t save any, but we did go buy some Ben & Jerry’s on our first anniversary. Almost the same thing.
