I agree that I wouldn’t do that, but If I apply my standards of common sense, then most of what Martin and Zimmerman did that night are excluded. I simply think that he was sitting sitting on a porch is more plausible than hiding in the bushes. I can think of several reasons why Martin didn’t go back to Green’s house, but I don’t have any evidence for any one of them. ---

If Zimmerman saw Martin going down the T and was intent on catching him, instead of getting out of his vehicle, why not drive south on Turn Tree Road, then get out of the vehicle and down the east path? Hard to catch someone on foot with a head start, but not with a vehicle. ---

Before the jury at trial is sworn in, dismissing the charges for any reason does not raise any double jeopardy concerns. It’s likely that if the charges are dismissed based on the results of an SYG hearing, that result becomes the law of the case and charges may not be refiled. ---

The peanut gallery espouses that Trayvon “brutally” attacked Zimmerman without cause because Trayvon is a thug, a ruffian, and a gangster. This motive doesn’t pass the sniff test and suggest that there was a real, proximate cause for the physical altercation. If George Zimmerman is attracted to black males, he might have propositioned Trayvon for some that ghetto, thug dick (Or as white people affectionally call it: cock). Given that Zimmerman grew up sexually assaulting his cousin, it doesn’t strike me as unreasonable that he felt he could approach a minor and demand sexual favors without repercussion. - Honesty ---

Even assuming this rumor is true, I would think one would need something in the way of evidence that Zimmerman made an advance to Martin. Even Dee Dee doesn’t claim that. And, as pointed out, it doesn’t seem likely that Zimmerman would call 911 to report a suspicious male if all he wanted to do was make sexual advances to him. If, as I said, this is true.
