If the dialog is to be believed though, he can at best leap to very low orbit.

> Any of Galactus’s heralds (the flying ones anyway). Silver Surfer already mentioned, also Nova, Firelord, I forget who else he had could fly. I’m guessing not Terrax.

First comic I ever read with Terrax in it, he was casually flying through outer space.

Okay, it was less _flying_ and more _standing on a big chunk of rock,_ but he was moving that big chunk of rock with his mind, and so that big chunk of rock was flying through outer space, and so Terrax was along for the ride.

Once the Hulk jumps that high, where does he come down? He has no idea plus wind would be a factor. His mass and speed would be like a meteor hit. What if he lands on a hospital or school? What if he hits an airliner on the way down? If that happens he would be public enemy #1 and no longer part of the Avengers I’m sure.

What if he lands in the middle of the ocean? Or even a big lake? He would make this HUGE splash, possibly sink deep into the mud on the bottom, then the waves would close back over him. He might drown (assuming the Hulk could drown). A wave that big could drown anyone on a nearby beach.

It’d probably happen off panel anyway.

[Tell it to Wonder Woman’s Sky Kanga](http://tansyrr.com/tansywp/tag/wonder-woman/). (OK, she’s DC, but still …)

I’m tempted to say “anywhere he wants” but you raise some good points.

Yeah, anywhere he lands is going to become one big crater. And that could be in the middle of a road, bridge, airport, eventually someones house or business or again, what about a hospital or school? And what if he lands on a high voltage power line?

Could either Colossus or the Hulk generate sufficient force with a “URL=“[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fastball\_Special](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fastball_Special)”]Fastball Special” to propel Wolverine out of orbit?

I suppose a similar question would be about [Madcap](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Madcap_(comics)). We know he could survive the escape from orbit and the vacuum of space (the wiki states his healing factor this way: “He heals from any physical injury instantly, and even if he sustains enough damage to kill him (such as being flattened or having his neck snapped) or destroy him (such as being incinerated), he will immediately resurrect. Somehow linked to this is a total inability to perceive pain. It is not known whether he can regenerate severed body parts, because he usually reattaches severed parts of his body simply by holding them to the correct portion of his body. His rapid healing ability also gives him phenomenal endurance, as his body both eliminates fatigue poisons and heals muscle damage caused by overexertion almost instantaneously.”)

Deadpool, too.

But those are just people who can survive the actual trip. There’d have to be a means of locomotion to get them started on the voyage.

Drax The Destroyer.

The Destroyer’s body, while inhabited by Drax’s spirit, is nearly invulnerable to all forms of physical injury. It is not known how great a force is necessary to injure him. His artificially created body could exist indefinitely in the vacuum of outer space, and he could survive for an unknown length without air, food, or water. Drax can fly by harnessing cosmic energy as a propulsion source. The maximum rate of speed that Drax could attain is not known, but he could make interplanetary journeys in a matter of weeks. It is unknown if he has retained this ability in his current form.
