Peeled! If they are unpeeled to me it is a whole different dish and one that I donā€™t care for. I always eat the skin with a baked potato, so it isnā€™t like Iā€™m against using the peeling. ---

I just wanted to pop in to say that after reading it two dozen times or more, the word ā€œpeeledā€ seems to lose all meaning. [sub]in my house, we peel 'em, boil 'em, mash 'em, butter 'em, and add some cheese if weā€™re feeling jaunty[/sub] ---

Peeled, but actually I love potatoes no matter what, so the skins donā€™t bother me any. And I _especially_ love instant potatoes, which is a source of some embarrassment to meā€¦ ---

OK - Iā€™m wierdā€¦ I peel half of them so thereā€™s some skin but not too much. Add lots of REAL butter and a bit of REAL cream, salt and pepperā€¦ Now the really hard choice; garlic or parmesan and horseradish. YUM! ---
