# Masking up (again) in the MMP

We lost 17½ -year-old Tonka in early June. We didn’t want to take him to a stranger, so his last day was horrible. He was coughing up blood until we could get him to ‘Auntie Chris’. We will never wait that long again, even if it means taking him/her to a stranger. ☹
