Median income is $60K, and the poverty rate is 5%. 30% of the population is registered Catholic. (Source: US Census 2000 and Archdiocese of Philadelphia). While there may be some latent anti-Catholicism, I believe you’re correct that for most people in this area, Masons included, whether somebody is Catholic is a non-issue. ---

I am a 32nd Degree Mason, although no longer an active member of a Lodge. I am also a Past Master of my lodge and have done a fair amount of research into Masonic history. I have discussed Masonry with a lot of people, Masons and non-Masons alike. I have never, ever, met anyone so ill informed and willfully ignorant on the subject as this Sweet Willy person. ---

**LouisB,** From what you have revealed, in the few post I have read, you appear to be my senior and quite accomplished in the lodge. My father was also master of his lodge some time ago. I know it is a great honor amoung masons. I have known many men in a few communities that are a part of the lodges. Three of my very best childhood friends were Demolay and followed thier fathers into the lodge. I have watched how this works in our communities from a very close range. All I can speak to you is that I disagree with the philosophies and pursuits of these people on a very basic level. All considered, I will take you to task on this no further. ---
