Minors cannot generally be held legally liable for a murder or homicide. Such cases are included here with an annotation. By any criminal means The editor aims to include all cases. By the end of Jan 1 we were on pace for 4 per day or ~1400 per year. By the 13th we’re down to 9/13 days or merely ~252 for the year. Evidently the US is rapidly gaining control of its mass murder problem. Keep that up and the last killing of 2024 that meets **Paul** ’s criteria ought to be in early Feb. If only I wasn’t kidding. We really are a mess of a country. ---
