# Massage schools-- are they worth it?

First, I just want to say that this board is an incredible information resource! Everyone here is so wonderful, helpful, and intelligent, and I’ve gotten such good advice from all y’all. 🙂

Now here’s the question…

I’m considering going to an accredited school to become a licensed massage therapist. Has anyone gone to one of these schools? What’s the job placement rate like? Is it worth it?
