# MASSIVE TEXT ON FORUM! ARRRGHHH!

Can anyone help? On most websites, things are normal, but on UBB forums, everything’s gone REALLY BIG!! It’s all along the lines of Easy Reading now, with about 5 words to a line, etc. Does anyone know why this is? And how to fix it? Like I say, other sites seem the same as normal.

Try highlighting the text. hold down control and scroll up and down to change font size, if you dont have a scroll mouse, please ignore this post, I cant help you.

If you have Internet Explorer, go up to the top pulldown menus, see the one that says View? Pull it down, see where it says Text Size? Pick one. I’ve got mine set on Medium.

Well, to be perfectly honest with you, Biff, the only reason **I** know about it is because every time I used to sit down at the computer here, the text size would have mysteriously changed so it was itty-bitty and I couldn’t read it. I wasted a considerable amount of time grumbling about computers in general, and Internet Explorer in particular, before the Better Half finally clued me in that _he_ was the one who was changing it, and how he was doing it.

You can add the Font Size icon to your IE header line.
Right click at the end of the bar with Stop/ Refresh/ Home icons. Select Customize.
I use Smallest on this board, so I get the most threads/window. On most things it’s set to Medium, on some sites that are tiny, like NY Times, I set it to Larger.
