Are they extending the rule to cover intercoms? New rant material! I remember when the Navy instructed everyone to stop referring to “flip charts” because it might be offensive to Filippinos. It just makes you want to sit with your head in your hands and moan softly and rock back and forth. ---

First of all, he called ALL people from the Phillipines “flips” and second of all… He named his son Flip. In IDE, the controller on the Master drive addresses the Slave drive, but in SCSI, all drives are addressed by the SCSI controller. Some more suggestions: **Dog and Flea drives:** The Flea drives attach themselves to the Dog drive, irritating it to the point where it’s constantly running the head back and forth rapidly. **God and Adam drives:** The Adam drive gets itself installed into the forbidden Apple, whereupon the angry God drive smites it, causing the user to vainly search for his D: drive. **Husband and Wife drives:** Confusion reigns as both drives compete to be the C: drive. The Husband drive complains that the Wife drive isn’t doing enough to keep the computer maintained, and that the C:\windows emp folder is jammed full and in need of emptying. The Wife drive complains that the removable Husband drive is spending far too much time at a different PC, and keeps picking up strange adware and porn links. ---
