# May cooler heads prevail

**Try2B Comprehensive** : Let me re-formulate. Do you want to know about the causes of the financial crisis, the textbook method of defeating the Lesser Depression, or the causes for the rise of US inequality? For those are 3 very different questions. And all are non-topical to the thread.

On the OP, the House Republicans are playing games. From April 27th: Defying a White House veto threat, the House of Representatives on Friday passed a Republican bill to keep interest rates on federal loans carried by college students from doubling on July 1.

The nearly $6 billion cost of the House bill is paid for by taking money out of a prevention and public-health fund included in President Barack Obama’s health-care law… Suck it, Dems. It’s gonna be cervical cancer screening or middle class college education. We won’t let you do both.

Huh? I think that may be a problem on your end. I have opened the link on different computers with no such problem.
