I think esp. if your asthmatic, the “choke hold” was enough on its own (if it weren’t, I presume the M.E. wouldn’t feel comfortable concluding that was the cause of death). What I find odd is that there wasn’t an equal focus on the other. ---

Like the past umpteen presidential elections, we held our noses and voted the least objectionable choice. Doesn’t matter which party one is casting the vote for; more than likely one is voting against the other party’s candidate rather than for their party’s candidate. He is, so far, better than third term Bloomberg and Giuliani after ~96/97, but not as good as 94-96 Rudy nor term 1 and most of term 2 Bloomberg. ---

Well, I imagine he was absent during the time he spent in jail for his previous arrests, and before he was released on bail for his latest unfortunate endeavors. When he wasn’t being arrested for violating various laws or doing time for his convictions, that is? Can you support six kids by illegally selling untaxed cigarettes, one at a time? LeBron James bought a $20 t-shirt to show his support for the Garner family. I’m guessing that the family would have been more appreciative of a $20,000 donation from LeBron. Since he’s so concerned. ---

As mentioned, being in and out of jail interferes with your career in anything legal. His wife said one of the problems he had in actually holding a job was that he was “[very lazy](http://www.silive.com/news/index.ssf/2014/12/in_tv_interview_eric_garners_w.html)”. I have no idea what he was earning selling loosies, but I suspect it wasn’t a lot.
