# McCain and Napolitano - Idiots

I’d go even further with the numbers. You’re maybe being too generous. If they can’t tell you why, the whole damn thing should have been so secret they can’t tell you anything at all. Feign ignorance, neither confirm nore deny, etc.  
None of this “I’ll tell you this much to get you riled up but I can’t tell you the USEFUL parts” nonsense.

Ockam’s Razor (however it’s spelled) points to Napolitano just being a damn idiot.

They were eventually rejected but once people hear something it can stick. This article says it originated in Boston papers.
