# McClellan press briefing 9/6/05. Maybe the press has found their balls?

I think **Miller** was talking about leftists and liberals, as compared to conservatives, in general terms.

Of course, we all know that very few politicians—of any political stripe—are going to own up to their mistakes. **Miller** ’s point, at least the way i read it, was more directed at members of the American people on either side of this debate.
