What I don’t understand is the logistics of this–obviously the sign wasn’t designed to be mounted upside down, so what did they do, drill new boltholes and hope that it was strong enough to support itself an a position it was never meant to experience? (Now that the president is set, they have the potential for making a 3 and an E. The E could be used for Easter, I’m not sure about the 3.) ---
