As the title states, I am a longtime lurker and finally registered. I have been reading the boards for maybe 3 years off and on and stayed quiet over many of the various traumas. I have left for months at a time but I seem to come back.

I also posted here because I don’t want my first post to be in the barbeque pit. It seems that the moderators have some type of negative bias towards that place.

I love all the Mary’s!

Welcome to the SDMB! I’m like you: lurked for a long time, finally registered and posted.

Here’s to a long and enjoyable stay on the board!

Cheers!

Welcome to the both of you! I’m sort of the opposite; I registered long ago but don’t really post much. Sort of an ‘out’ lurker. LOL!

I thought this post was going to be about hiding in bushes and stealing stuff off of peoples washing lines.
I was quite disappointed.
