Anyone know of a comprehensive medical dictionary that is available for download from the net to a PDA? Also looking for a prescription drug guide like the PDR

Thanks in advance

[www.FreewarePalm.com](http://www.FreewarePalm.com) has a number of medical bits and pieces, but the site seems to be down at the moment, so I can’t check if it has what you want or not…

(you didn’t specify which type of PDA you have, or are you about to buy one?)

Medical/Health Care textbook salesman checking in. You’re going to find it difficult, if not impossible, to get comprehensive versions of either a dictionary or a drug guide merely because of size restrictions. For example, the 5-Minute Clinical Consult for Emergency Medicine is 4.5 MB.

Not as a plug, but the biggest publisher of medical PDA products for LPN through Resident level information is at [LWW.com](http://lww.com) , and you can purchase online. Another good place to check would be at the bookstore for your nearest medical or nursing school.
