I want to replace my recessed medicine cabinet. The current on is 16 x 26 overall fitting into a wall recess that is 14 1/4 x 24. I would like to replace this with one that is only 15 inches wide after instillation. The current one extends too close to the glued in place wall mirror that we want to frame. Any ides where I can buy this?

Yes, the big box stores. 15" is not a common size but I’ve seen them as small as 15 1/2". If you are lucky you can find one with a wood outer frame that could be cut down a little. The alternative is make something yourself, not too hard if you are handy, a glass shop should be able to cut a custom sized mirror for you and mount hinges on it.
