Wasn’t there a long ass thread in the Pit by some guy who said, flat out that he was a racist? He certainly seemed to believe that people like him were ‘inherently and irredeemably superior to people of any other racial group’. -XT ---

I hate to shake the dust on a Pit thread, but I doubt pinguin will survive the week\*, especially since he has decided to not only fail at any debate he might have started but to also revive any zombie threads more or less related to race, on the board. What a fucktard. \*since it takes him a whole month to do any book checking, I guess no cites will be forthcoming before he departs, then. ---

I have not said science was wrong. I said guessing the population at contact isn’t science; it is gambling. Those schollars aren’t using scientific methods, or at least they pretend to find truths that aren’t there. Something not very strange at all in the study of the Americas, anyways, where you find the wildest claims you can imagine. Besides, why do you get annoyed because someone complain about certain scientists? Aren’t there corrupt scientists? Weren’t scientists involved in the development of weapons such as mustard gass, the agent orange, the nuclear bomb, and the experiments with Jews during WWII? So, please, don’t tell me science is a sacred field. We aren’t in the times of Auguste Comte anymore. Thanks God! (I am agnostic, anyways, but mainly skeptic) ---

Oh yes. Torturing animals just for the fun of it, is part of the “scientific” research. This is so obvious that I wonder why could be ignored that there are some corrupt scientists, like there are rotten apples in any human activity.
