I have a tooth that size, my dad found it swimming somewhere off South Carolina back in the early 70s, have it mounted on a little wooden placque. Not sure what I am going to be doing with it, not something I would normally end up collecting =) ---

A friend and I joined the local rock/fossil club and tomorrow we’re going on our first field trip up in the mountains to look for fossils. I know the area is known for lots of ammonites, what with the area being called Ammonite Falls and all… ---

Floaty you should look at this FB group. It will make you green (looks at avatar) greener with envy. My friend and I were out fossil hunting in a river yesterday. I found a large partial conch shell and she found a partial tooth of some sort.
