It’s only an investigation at this point (whether you stand by your previous post or not) and it’s not surprising that the impetus for the investigation comes from Gibson’s lawyers. There are also allegations now that the photos of the broken tooth was altered. Most people condemning Gibson in this discussion have said, gold digger or not, the tapes reveal some serious abuse issues on Mel’s part. That still stands. What, if anything, it turns out Oksana may have done wrong, ethically or criminally, is a separate issue.
