I don’t know the particulars of this case, but if a child was conceived because of the rape, DNA tests would be conclusive.
I think that I remember this man from Dance Party. I know I remember the name. Wink was on WHBQ on the radio. Which TV station was he on – WREC? WMCT? Did WHBQ have a TV station? Channel 13?

Apparently the victim thought that this case had been tried in conjunction with the 1984 case. When she found out it hadn’t, then she decided to pursue it.
