If anyone out there wishes to get over any aversion they have to relatively small things going in through the out door, may I recommend the “flexible” sigmoidoscopy? This procedure is akin to firing up the 5hp Craftsman air compressor and snaking it all the way up to just prior to the riverbend. It will give you sympathy for the dude in Alien who had the creature pop out of his torso, and make you long for the days when the idea of backing into a tiny finger or harmless little Johnny Holmes model toy seemed like a physical impossibility. Sorry, but there are some traumas you have to get over by sharing them with friends. ---

The kind of fireworks that can’t _quite_ seem to be replicated with oral or vaginal sex for some reason. Women may not have a prostate, but I have heard something about the anterior clitoral nerve being stimulated during anal sex – I don’t know if that is true. All I can say is that of the few dozen women I’ve known, almost all of them ended up loving rear action if they didn’t already. Some had to be converted at first, but became firm believers (in some cases, much to their surprise!). Dirtiness is a possibility, of course, but actually depends primarily on the person in question and whether voiding/cleansing has taken place, and secondarily on your level of activity/penetration, lube, etc. Obviously anal sex is not indicated if your recipient has irritable bowel syndrome, terminal constipation, the runs, etc., but otherwise the experience can be clean and extremely pleasurable (both psychologically and physically). Once a sphincter is “trained” by sufficient sessions, lube (which tends to be messy and sticky) is no longer strictly necessary (saliva works better than most lube at that point). With all the admiration I have for nice female ass, I’m afraid I can report absolutely none for the ass of the male sex. I don’t think most men are built to lust after the mathematics of the male body, and I rather prefer a good waist-to-hip ratio and some pleasingly curved, rounded structures. ---

My wife and I do anal sometimes (usually when she is on her period, because it is less messy than vaginal at that time), and she seems to actually enjoy it, despite a few reservations at first. Actually, when we combine this with using a toy of some sort for clitoral stimulation, or even simulate DP with another toy, she has reported it to be an absolutely mind-blowing experience. It’s not something we do every day, and I think that the excitement of it would go away if we did. It’s sort of a special occasion thing, when we are both in the mood(read: feeling naughty). She also knows that it drives me crazy if she requests it. 🙂 So, in sum, I can say that there are apparently real physical reasons for why it might be pleasurable, but also that you should never underestimate what a woman will put up with, or even find pleasurable, if she feels like she is really desired by her partner.
