First **Lemur866** , well played sir/madam on the Simpson’s reference. That actually made me laugh. Second, this is a bit of a ridiculous question. I’m not sure why anyone would prefer jerking off to the real thing unless their wife was terrible in bed and/or there was no sex in the marriage. Uh, yes, I’ll take driving the Ferrari over watching a video of other people driving other Ferraris any day of the week and twice on Sunday. ---

My husband and I watch porn together. Just sayin’ Anyway, I just asked him his view on this. He says he prefers to have sex with me over beating off to porn. But with some of the medical issues I have, sometimes we go through prolonged dry spells, and then he’s no stranger to the porn. Banging me is preferred, but porn is an okay substitute. ---

More and more commonly, sex therapists are dealing with people who find they prefer masturbation to intercourse, or at least orgasm only through masturbation. For guys, this is often result of a ‘death grip’ style of masturbating; having been firm enough with their style of masturbation that the vagina cannot give the sensations their penises are used to. For that problem, the treatment is to refrain from masturbation for a time and having only one’s partner stimulate them via hand, mouth, vagina, etc. until their urge for release is strong enough for orgasm to occur from stimulation other than their own. ---

I preferred sex with the ex-girlfriend over porn, but we also liked including porn in our sex life, so it was kind of win/win. ---

I’m not a man, but I can answer the question for both myself and my husband: It depends on what either of us is after at the moment. If we’re after a quick, no-muss, no-fuss orgasm so we can drift off to sleep or something, porn, everytime. If we’re looking for bonding, closeness, love, then it’s one-on-one action we’re after. Also, some nights I really _would_ prefer my hubby to porn, but he works out of town, so I don’t have that option. Because he works out of town, I’m pretty sure it works the same way for him.
