Iā€™ve always been an ā€˜upper trimmed and lower shavedā€™ type of guy. It actually took me awhile to feel comfortable with the whole bare look. We are talking about our face and necks right? šŸ˜‰ ---

In Order of Preference: Neatly trimmed Shaved Left to its own devices Of course, this is mitigated to some extent by the person in question. Some women seem to have things naturally under control in this regard while others you feel like youā€™ve entered the deepest, darkest Amazon. ---

Shaved or at least most of it gone. With it all burly it would make me feel like I was having sex with an eighty year old woman. Then again I can hear the shaved being likened to an eight year old. I saw a pic on [rotten.com](http://rotten.com) of an old women and OMG it was so disgusting. She had an afro! ---

Prefer trimmed. Iā€™m cool with shaved (either the landing strip or totally bald, itā€™s all good). I wonā€™t fault anybody for not doing anything with it. ---

Trimmed. Shaved is fine. Full grown, depending on the crotch, can be a bit off-putting. ---

Debating about this kind of thing always struck me as trying to decide what color youā€™d want your Ferrari you won in the lotto to be. That is, if Iā€™m getting access, who _cares_ about hair?! But if she asked me, Iā€™d say well-trimmed, but not that short, and definitely not smooth. I want to be able to clearly feel it with my hand. Thereā€™s a certain psychological release associated with hitting the hair line. Itā€™s sort of a demarcation that says ā€œyup, weā€™re not just playinā€™-- thereā€™s definitely some hot times ahead.ā€ ---

I donā€™t really care either way. Sure, if she shaves itā€™s cool because any time she does anything for me is cool, but apart from that itā€™s really a non-issue. ---

For the most part, Iā€™m in the ā€œWhatever makes you happyā€ camp. When I have an opinion at all, it usually depends on the density and coarseness of the hair. If itā€™s downy, why bother? If itā€™s brillo-like, a trim makes cunnilingus a heck of a lot more enjoyable. Totally shaved wigs me out a bit. I think my reptile-brain insists that smooth skin their indicates either physical immaturity or really poor health, neither of which do a lot for my libido. The only time Iā€™ve ever actively thought, ā€œGirl, you really need to trim that thing,ā€ was when I was mucking about with a woman who had coarse, black, _nearly perfectly straight_ hair, swhich was _really_ long. It was so striking that when I first saw [Sadako](http://home.swipnet.se/~w-10972/ringufan/images/sadako.jpg) in _Ringu_, many years later, I was immediately reminded of Mona getting out of the bath. Still, Iā€™d never suggest trimming to _anyone_ if they didnā€™t already do it for themselves, largely because Iā€™m fairly hirsute myself and have never cleaned it up because, frankly, I wouldnā€™t know where to stop. ---

Well-trimmed, but definitely not smooth all over. I donā€™t mind a ā€œcrew cut,ā€ but Iā€™d rather the general shape of Venus be present, at least up top. Bare lip area ok. ---

If youā€™re in it for the long haul - i.e. married or long-term s.o., waxing is better than shaving. Shaving makes it like your grandfathers beard eventually - waxing doesnā€™t make the hair any more coarse. Waxing is probably more painful. Glad Iā€™m not a woman. Brazilian waxed is the best - little up top, none belowā€¦ Shit - I think Iā€™m reading Cosmo a bit too muchā€¦ ---
