# Men, does this get you off? (A slightly TMI poll)

Without getting too raunchy, suffice it to say that this morning the SO and I decided to have a quickie before breakfast. We did it doggie, bent over the bed.
I decided I’d like to pleasure myself with my fingers, which I did while the SO worked his magic from behind. He got off rather quickly (I mean, quicker than usual for a quickie) and told me afterwards that my finger had gotten him off.
Now, I was only stimulating my clit. There was no physical contact between my finger and his genitalia at all.
Is this normal? He’s never mentioned it before, nor has any guy I’ve dated. I’ve always assumed that guys liked girls playing with themselves because they thought it was hot, not because it simultaneously stimulated them too. What’s your experience? The biggest sex organ is the one between your ears. It’s definitely stimulating, but for the ‘it’s kind of hot’ reason, not because there’s any physical contact.

I would add that maybe you don’t want to do the finger stimulation every time or even most of the time, because your SO might start thinking that his equipment isn’t doing the job.

I don’t think **control-z** was suggesting anything at all having to do with “most women.” It seemed to be aimed at and intended for the OP, and should be left up to her to decide if it’s an inappropriate suggestion.

I’m just suggesting that if the OP doesn’t usually do the finger stimulation and now starts doing it every time, her SO might feel a little left out. Just a thought to consider. Male ego, fragile, all that. I’m not saying the finger stimulation isn’t hot, but it’s a little like introducing a vibrator into sex. At some point (and that point may be WAY beyond this) the guy starts thinking “Do I really need to be here?”

What guy thinks that? I mean really? I’m as inexperienced as the next dork, but I know the introduction of a finger or dildo wouldn’t be a reflection on me. In fact, I’d cheer it on. So I suppose I’m perplexed by an experienced guy feeling this way. 😕

Really. Like enough women aren’t afraid enough to tell their partners what really gets them off because of stuff like this, or are ashamed of not being able to have hands-free orgasms. I can understand feeling this way if, instead of sex, every single time you hooked up she masturbated while you sat and watched, with no regard for your feelings, but it’s not exactly a secret that most women don’t cum from vaginal sex. And just because vaginal intercourse can make a baby doesn’t make the orgasms from it sacred above all others. If that were the case, there’d be no foreplay, no petting, no oral sex, no anal, no toys– nothing but penis in vagina.
