OK, I know most of you will have done this game before, but I’ve led a sheltered life. What really turns men right off? Or, if you prefer, what woman would you decline to sleep with for £1m? Disallowed: corpses (but not women from history), close relatives Also, it would be interesting to me if you would include your age, so I could see if any generational differences emerge. People I’d decline to sleep with for £1m - (among the millions of ugly people) The queen, Margret Thatcher, Kathy Burke etc… Turn offs - Lace, Porn stars (they make it look like a chore, like they are doing the dishes or something. And I have seen far too much of it to be turned on anymore), Unambiguously erotic poses. I am 4 ---

I have to say that seeing this thread with no responses made me laugh. A lot. At a very unfortunate moment. Oh well. After thinking about it, and I can’t really give an example of someone that I wouldn’t sleep with if I was getting paid 1m pounds, providing I could exchange it somewhere. -tool ---

Oh come on. I’d definitely sleep with the Queen. Sure, it’d be horrible, but she’d be terribly polite about it, and _then_… …I would have fucked the Queen. How many of the boys at the pub could say that? Maggie Thatcher too. I wouldn’t have slept with Mother Teresa. ---

Yup. there’s two. It happens when you click submit, then the boards get sluggish or fail completely, so you assume it didn’t post, when in fact it did. Did you click subit more than once? ---

Ok, one thing that instantly turns me off: Women who bitch about another women “So not being cute” or “What is she wearing?!,” especially when said woman being discussed is obviously, to all parties, a very attractive and well dressed woman. There’s just something about petty jealousy and “meanness” that is a real turn off for me. Of course, this trait would only keep me from dating a girl - not necessarily sleeping with her (especially if I were to get paid). Along those same lines, anyone who is dressing like they are something they aren’t. And everyone should know what I’m talking about. Not every body type can get away with dressing like Christina Aguilara, no matter how hard you try 😉 (so I guess that means that bad fashion sense is a turn off… sounds shallow, but oh well) Bad teeth, smells, and body hair in places a well kept girl shouldn’t have body hair are my main physical turn offs. Then I’d have to take it on a case by case basis to decide if the money were worth it. This too is shallow, but what can I do? I’m 24. ---

The biggest personality turnoff for me is arrogance. The biggest physical turnoff for me is facial hair. (At least on women. On men, it can sometimes be attractive.) (I’m 22.) ---

Well, for me, the big thing would be: IQ equal to or less then my chair. I don’t care how attractive you are, I need to be able to have some kind of conversation. ---

Smoking and stupidity. Give me a stupid two-pack-a-day woman, and I wouldn’t touch her with a ten foot pole. For that matter, I wouldn’t touch her with my pool either. Other than that… I’m pretty sure any other foibles could be worked out. Although, I’m loathe to say that there isn’t a woman I wouldn’t paper bag for a million pounds. That’s a fair hunk of loot. No common sense turns me off something terrible. A general lack of awareness for the painfully obvious just annoys me. You do not have to be Einstein, but have a bit of a brain in your head, please. Also, vanity. That gets me too if it is so excessive that it makes a real conversation impossible. One of the things I look for in a relationship (other than great sex 😉 ) is the fact that I can have a conversation with them, and smile and laugh, and not have it simply be a precursor to sex. If you cannot so that, then I am not turned on. (Does not turning me on count?) I am 26 (27 on May 11… mark your calendars 😉 ) ---

Yes, IQ usually helps, but for me the biggest turnoff would have to be those who are stuck-up and who believe that they should have nothing to do with guys who aren’t in their ‘league’. And there’s usually a correlation between those two traits. And \*\* flybynight \*\* pretty much nailed whatever else I was going to say. 😛 Oh, and 18. ---

Well, I’m 45, but I don’t feel much differently about it than the younger guys. (Not even the 4 year old ;)) I’m not attracted to overweight women, as a general rule. Nor, hairy women or smelly women. But, for £1m, I could probably manage to overcome my revulsion enough to sleep with a woman that was all three. You didn’t say I had to touch her, or have sex with her. 😃 Actually, £1m is getting close to my price, but it isn’t there, yet. Hell, what can you do with £1m, these days? And, after taxes? Forget about it! The other things that turn me off are pettiness, as mentioned, and arrogance, especially when the arrogance is based on mere looks. ---
