Well, I would say that was the minute I first held my oldest son, I never thought about “wanting” children as much as it was “something we did”, I know my wife did and, well, it was time, we weren’t in a great place financially, but we managed, and when the next was born, we kinda knew how to survive on one salary…by the time my third was born, I really looked forward to being a father again as I was (and now) completely and utterly in love with my children…my oldest will be 29 next year and that never changes… Bottom line, I never felt the ‘want’ to have children, but I’ve never regretted it, ever, they changed my life for the good and they are a blessing to us… ---
