Yep. Quite a few times FMF with my then-girlfriend and her roomie. The first occasion was when I came over to pick GF up for a date and found them in bed together–not much of a shock, I knew they were both bi. I was told, approximately, “Forget the movie. Get in here.” We had a good time, and got together weekly until the roomie got a boyfriend she thought would get jealous. Oddly enough, two years later I got together with the roomie and her boyfriend for MFM a few times. That was a bit more awkward the first time, as the BF and I were both straight and had locker-room reflexes to deal with: don’t look, don’t touch, etc…it made the logistics awkward. The other two times were much easier, and we all wound up tangled together like a pile of puppies to sleep–very cozy. If I had any lingering traces of homophobia at that point, the experience finished them off. ---

Twice I lost my virginity to a set of twins (boys). I’m not sure that counts since they didn’t touch eachother. I didn’t enjoy it, but then I wasn’t a willing participant.
