# Menthols

I’ve heard that menthol cigarettes crystalize your lungs. Is this true, or just another urban legend?

Yeah, crystals in my lungs bother me, but I’m just fine with all the tar built up in there. 🙂

Probably derived from menthol being a crystilline alcohol.
