# Merry Christmas. Baaaaarf!

I had an awful time about 3 weeks ago. I was vomiting constantly. I assume it was a virus as a friend of mine had it also. I had awful fevers and then chills.

I felt awful at the time and it took about 3 1/2 days to get functioning again. Then another week for my system to get regular.

Keep drinking water. It is very important.

Thanks everyone for the well wishes and thoughts and comments.

Still a little weak and lethargic, and my insides feel a bit raw & sensitive. The weakness at this point is probably due to not eating much the last several days, but I’ll fix that.

Yeah, drinking water is important. You need something to throw up, 'cause dry heaves really suck, never mind the dehydration.

I once got violently ill within half of hour of eating sushi, which my mother the microbiologist diagnosed as a parasite. Fun!
