My best wishes go to you, David. My 82-YO brother had bladder cancer three years ago but it was caught in time. Now he is incapacitated and homebound with a bad back. David, perhaps you can make a list of things you’d like to do or see or tell folks for the rest of your life, i.e., a “bucket list”. You don’t actually have to do them all, but it can be fun or satisfying just to make the list. Yesterday I saw the current movie with that title, starring those chock full o’ nuts Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson, and I recommend it to everyone who has compassion for patients with that dreadful scourge. Take two hankies, though. It even had a scene of Villefranche-sur-Mer, France, my US Navy home port of 40 years ago, and of nearby Eze Village from the air. The ending was quite poignant, as well, but I digress. Again, David, best wishes and thanks for all of your informative postings for the 3 years I’ve been on the board. ---
