# Messenger question

Message I sent was not read – can I be sure it was delivered? When I look at my messenger log it lacks the miniature picture of the recipient at the bottom of the message which normally would indicate it was read. Instead there’s a little blue checkmark in a circle. I’m trying to determine if it was indeed delivered and the recipient has chosen not to open it, or if maybe it was not received.

It depends on whether or not the circle is filled in.
