As I said earlier in the thread, I just thought it was a comment on the food was so bad even strays wouldn’t eat it, but that’s because I’m not a member of one of the groups in question, so I wouldn’t have even thought of it from that perspective. Actually, I thought that they were secretly serving dogs and cats but it turned out they were just giant rats (or am I getting my [urban legends](http://www.snopes.com/critters/lurkers/mexicanpet.asp) mixed up). It reminds me of last year when I was crossing through the courtyard of a nice hotel in downtown DC. The had some nice stone benches and some trees and the squirrels were scampering around-until I realized that these “squirrels” had long skinny naked tails instead of nice bushy ones. Then I realized why nobody else was enjoying the nice courtyard.
