# Meyer Lemons -- need ideas

Meyer lemons were on sale at Kroger. (Woo hoo!) Usually I make a lemon pound cake with them, but was wondering what else I might do with them. Any ideas?

They make absolutely delicious margaritas. I use half lime juice and half Meyer lemon, and no need for any other sweeteners.

Sprinkled on arugula with olive oil salt, pepper, and shaved parm.

[Lemon Honey (lemon curd to some)](http://allrecipes.com/recipe/microwave-lemon-curd/)

Good for piklets and scones (dropcakes and biscuits?) and toast.

Base for lemon meringue pie

Put into little jars and use as gifts.

Yum

Roast a couple of them in the cavity of a whole chicken. Mmmmm.

And \*\*Athena \*\*hit the nail on the head too. Also great in a lemon drop.
